Rivermead Global Property are independent property consultants specialising in sourcing properties in both the UK and overseas. They are based at 13, Cobden Street, Chadderton, Oldham. They work with their clients throughout the whole process of buying property, whether it is their dream holiday home or part of their investment portfolio. My Husband and I purchased a property off plan at Westside Village Hurghada in 2008. It was an absolute mine field when it came to the apartment being furnished until a fellow Westie mentioned Neil Hollingsworth and Rivermead Global Furniture. We first met Neil at the 'A Place in the Sun' exhibition at Earls Court London. We were both instantly impressed by Neil's outstanding customer service and the stunning light mango wood furniture on display. We have benefitted from Neil's ability to network as he's helped us with other aspects of establishing a second home in a developing foreign country. Neil not only furnished our apartment to a very high standard but also introduced us to George who built our kitchen and wardrobe, which are both bespoke. Tom and Yasser also played a big part in our journey. May I take this opportunity to thank Neil, Yasser, George and Tom for all your help and continuous support. Neil you have been there for us at every step of the way, when I email you, you email me back immediately, when I phone you, your always there to help with a guiding hand, you have been truly outstanding, 1 in a million and a true friend, thankyou so much from the bottom of our heart.

Having recently completed on an apartment at Sun Gate, Sahl Hasheesh, I cannot praise Neil, Yasser and Tom at Rivermead highly enough. Also George for the kitchen. The furniture was of the highest quality and excellently installed. They took all the strain out of buying a property thousands of miles away with their local knowledge and contacts. Nothing was too much trouble. Many, many thanks - Tony Coward and Paula.

Having decided to buy in egypt ,we contacted rivermead. The process of buying was as easy as shopping to tesco !tom is great and has all the contacts you need for money ,solicitors etc , they are great.

Neil at Rivermead has been extremely helpful and efficient throughout the whole process of buying a furniture package for my flat in Hurghada, Egypt. He has gone 'beyond the call of duty', being a friendly advisor on other aspects of my purchase too. He took the stress out of that aspect of my purchase and is never rude no matter how many silly questions I might have asked.

I would like to confirm all the 5 star comments below and confirm that both Tom and Neil have been absolute professionals through out the time I have been purchasing off plan. They have been excellent communicators and also very flexible with me and very efficient on all matters relating to my recent property purchase. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation as a result of my personal experience of dealing with Rivermead.

Rivermead Global is, I can only say, the best thing sinced sliced bread. Neil and his team are 100% honest and reliable with a fine eye for detail. I would recommend Rivermead to anyone. I have been ripped off by BRITISH British property sellers and so know the difference. Rivermead will NEVER sink so low; you CAN trust them with your hard earned cash or, in my case, pension fund.

Thank God we found this company. Being first time buyers abroad and not being able to speak the language is quite daunting. But finding Rivermead has been an amazing experience and we are so grateful to Neil and his team.
The customer service is excellent you always get a quick response by email or phone, nothing appears to much and they are so helpful.
The furniture is of good quality wood and all the extras we ordered are excellent, we are so pleased with the apartment now its finished.
I could go on and on about Rivermead, do
not hesitate to use this company you will not regret it.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all especially Neil for your outstanding service. I bought at West Side Village Hurghada in 2008, I started looking for a furniture package in October 2010. After loads of research on different companies Rivermead were top of our list. We first met Neil and Tom at the Property Show and then again at the Place in the Sun in Manchester. Immediately Neil explained the whole process from start to finish and showed us samples and pictures of completed apartments. This was a breath of fresh air as I know you will all agree it’s like getting blood out of a stone getting any clear information in Egypt. Neil was professional and consistent throughout the whole process, my only regret is that I never purchased my apartment through him. If their customer service is the same for purchasing overseas property then I would highly recommend them.
Our apartment looks amazing, the kitchen is a carbon copy of our kitchen at home and the solid Oak furniture is second to none. Yasser, Yman and Neil have put 110% into this project, I just couldn’t ask for anything more.
Neil Hollingsworth is a very trustworthy gentleman and in this current global property market is very hard to find. I know if I decide to purchase another property overseas in the future I would definitely choose Rivermead to be my agent.

Morning Neil,
Now the dust has settled I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thanks for all you have done for me since the WWD problem.
At the time I was in limbo and did not know which way to turn ,thankfully you contacted me and from that day to this you were at the end of the phone to sort everything out and put my mind at rest.
The final outcome being I now have a beautiful apartment with a furniture pack second to none supplied again at no hassle by you and a contract that I feel confidant in.

Today's current global property market is very unstable at these pressing times. Rivermead Global are a trustworthy, secure, friendly service that know what developers they are dealing with and are not prepared to risk your money or their reputation for some dodgy business deal.

I took a trip out to Sahl Hasheesh with Neil and Tom and every request I made was met, whether it be a trip to the building site, a look at previous developments, a meeting with ERC, no job was too small.

Tom and Neil both provide and extraordinary service. Going out of their way to help you is nothing but the norm for these guys.

Furthermore the properties are extremely well priced!

If you are looking to buy a property abroad Tom and Neil are as perfect as agents can get in the property world.
